The Kentfield Schools PTA is pleased to announce a new partnership with Good Earth Natural Foods for our 2017-2018 lunch program!
Good Earth’s school lunch program provides delicious and nutritious organic lunches prepared locally and served with care to your students. Meals are prepared in Novato and served catering style from chafing dishes, rather than pre-packaged. For our schools’ Friday pizza day, Good Earth coordinates with Stefano’s Pizza – all meals will include fruit, vegetables, and organic milk.
To ensure a positive roll out of our new lunch program, we encourage you to join a volunteer team today. The commitment requires each volunteer to serve lunch, at either Bacich or Kent, every other week on a particular day, or to find a substitute. A not-so-secret bonus is that teams often form friendships that last well beyond the school year. And, of course, these teams are vital to Good Earth’s ability to provide a delicious, organic, no-waste lunch to our students.
Our community is generous with its time, and we truly appreciate the hours parent volunteers give. It’s one of the many reasons our Kentfield School District remains a top-notch place to teach, learn, and grow.
Grab a buddy & sign up together! Your kids really do love seeing you during the school day, and what’s a more wholesome time than during a community meal?
