The Kentfield Schools PTA is coordinating a Candidates Night, to be moderated by the League of Women Voters of Marin.
The Kentfield School Board of Trustees Election is on November 5, 2013.
The Kentfield School District is governed by a five-member, elected Board of Trustees. Trustees serve for four-year terms. The Board holds public meetings once a month, and welcomes public comment and involvement.
Three of the Board’s five seats are up for election and five candidates are running for the three open seats.
CANDIDATE’S NIGHT will be held on September 30th, 2013, from 7-9 pm in the MP Room at Kent Middle School.
This important event will include all five candidates. The purpose of the night is to educate voters about each candidate and their positions in order for voters to make informed decisions on Election Day.
Each registered resident of the district who is of voting age is eligible to vote for three (3) individual candidates on November 5, 2013.
