Clover, the dairy that supplies The LunchMaster with organic 1% reduced fat milk, was required to take that product off line in order to perform critical maintenance on their packaging machine. As a result, organic 1% reduced fat milk will not be available until April 1st. Currently, Clover is the only dairy that offers school sized organic 1% reduced fat milk. As a result, every school in the Bay Area that receives organic 1% reduced fat milk has been affected by this temporary shortage.
